    Main responsibilities:
    - Prepare and cook cooked Japanese hot-kitchen dishes, such as donabe (clay-pot), soups, simmered, stir-fried and other cooked Japanese menu items.
    - Control quality, flavor, and plating to meet restaurant standards.
    - Prepare ingredients and manage cooking processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen.
    - Monitor and control ingredient stock to ensure adequate supplies for service.
    - Follow food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
    - Work with the kitchen team to deliver prompt and efficient customer service.

    Requirements:
    - Experience working in a hot kitchen or preparing cooked Japanese dishes (e.g., donabe, soups, simmered and stir-fried dishes); verifiable by previous employment or references.
    - Practical knowledge of cooking techniques such as boiling, stir-frying, grilling, and clay-pot (donabe) preparation; verifiable by skill demonstration or references.
    - Ability to perform assigned kitchen duties during busy service periods in a fast-paced environment; verifiable by past service experience or references.
    - Experience working as part of a kitchen team; verifiable by previous employment or references.
    - Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards; verifiable by training record or demonstrated practice.

    Advantages (optional):
    - Experience preparing homemade-style Japanese dishes.
    - Previous experience working in a Japanese or other Asian restaurant.
