- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, with experience in employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and coaching, and with experience aligning HR strategy with business goals and analyzing HR data to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and HR procedures.
- Proficiency with HR software, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Business-level English
