    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the Human Resources operations of our growing organization. This role will be responsible for handling payroll support, employee performance evaluation processes, and general HR administration, ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and in compliance with company policies and Thai labor regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Payroll Support
    - Assist in the monthly payroll process, including collecting and verifying attendance, overtime, leave records, and other payroll-related data.
    - Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate salary calculations, allowances, deductions, and tax contributions.
    - Support the preparation and verification of payroll reports before salary payments are processed.
    - Ensure payroll records are maintained accurately and updated regularly in the HR system.
    - Respond to employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, deductions, and payroll documentation.
    - Support the preparation of documents related to social security, tax filings, and other statutory payroll requirements.

    2. Performance Evaluation & HR Development
    - Support the implementation and administration of the employee performance evaluation system.
    - Coordinate with department managers to collect performance appraisal forms and evaluation feedback.
    - Assist in analyzing evaluation results and preparing HR reports for management review.
    - Maintain records of employee performance assessments and ensure documentation is properly filed.
    - Support HR initiatives related to employee development, training programs, and performance improvement plans.
    - Help monitor employee performance indicators and assist HR management in identifying areas for improvement.

    3. HR Administration
    - Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
    - Support HR processes including onboarding, probation evaluation, and employee documentation management.
    - Prepare HR-related documents such as employment certificates, internal announcements, and HR reports.
    - Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed across the organization.
    - Assist in employee engagement activities and HR projects when required.

    4. Compliance & Coordination
    - Ensure HR processes comply with Thai labor laws and company regulations.
    - Coordinate with internal departments and management to support HR operations.
    - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.

    - Minimum 2 years experience in HR fields
    - Good command of English
