仕事内容
-Receiving and processing orders, contacting domestic and international customers, and recording data into the company's database program.
-Negotiating with shipping lines for importing goods.
-Managing inventory at a basic level (reporting to sales staff or responsible personnel when stock is low).
-Issuing tax invoices, overseeing the shipping system until goods reach the customer, receiving documents back and recording them in the system to close the deal.

応募条件
-Bachelor degree in any related field
-Experience in Sales Coordination at least 3 years
-Good English and communication skill with customers , supplier , internal organization both verbal and written.
-Ability to manage and operate with international shipping, customs, or export/import documents .
-Having knowledge about FTA , BOI .
-Ability to manage with Sales , purchase , billing , quotation , inventory , delivery documents .
-Have experience in ERP system and accounting system : Sage300
-Strong coordination ability , response , problem solving between Sales team, customer , supplier , and internal organization.
-Strong computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office (Excel) , to handle with data entry , sales update , report and documentation with high accuracy.
-Strong multitasking abilities to manage many jobs at the same time .英語
