• Develop and implement HR systems for a growing organization.
• Manage employee documentation, employment contracts, and onboarding processes.
• Handle payroll coordination and employee benefits in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Manage performance reviews and team development initiatives.
• Build and maintain company culture suitable for a creative/startup environment.
• Organize team activities and employee engagement programs.
• Perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned.
