  - Identify new customers (market research)
  - Maintain regular communications with customers
  - Promote products to customers
  - Secure new projects from current and new customers
  - Manage RFQ and QTN processes
  - Launch new projects and follow up with the internal team until mass production
  - Follow and support the manager's monthly directives
  - Complete any other tasks assigned by the management team
