仕事内容
-Provide full spectrum of HR support on all HR operations and office administration
-Support Departments on their hiring needs
-Liaise with Ministry of Manpower on application/renewal/issuance/cancellation of relevant work passes – Laise with outsource firm
-Prepare employment letter and follow-up on probation for new hires
-Conduct staff orientation for new hires
-Maintain up-to-date personal data in HR database
-Coordinate and facilitate staff trainings
-Leave administration and manage staff NS, childcare, maternity leave claim
-In charge of Company Insurance renewal
-Partner with relevant department on ad-hoc projects as assigned periodically such as reviewing benefits packages, performance management, KPI, HR processes, Company Handbook and ISO system.
-To assist in other HR office administrative functions and any other duties as assigned.

-Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
-At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR or related field
-Meticulous and conscientious in handling confidential information
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
-Good team player to support on-going process change and management reporting
-Have a positive attitude towards challenges, self-motivated and able to work independently
-Commitment to meet tight deadlines and reporting requirements
-Good communication and interpersonal skills and Proficient in English (both speaking and writing)
-Prefer to have knowledge in NetSuite experience would be advantageous英語
