    【Job summary】
    - Sell construction and building material products.
    - Identify and pursue new potential clients (architects, designers, developers, distributors, and related construction subcontractors).
    - Maintain relationships with existing clients and support their requirements.
    - Propose ideas to expand the market and build connections with related clients.
    - Prepare daily reports in the company's CRM system.
    - Provide on-site client support on a case-by-case basis.
    - Perform any assigned tasks.

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - At least 3 years of sales experience
    (They need candidates who can sell products immediately on their own ability because we don't have enough time for training.)
    - Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) or English (TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent)
    - Able to go business trip at upcountry such as Phuket, Chieng Mai etc. (once a month, 2-3 days per 1 time)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in the construction industry
    - Communicate fluently in English
