    1. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluate options; resolve internal priorities; and recommend equity investments.
    2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of business products and the value proposition.
    3. Set up and monitor commercial activities to meet sales budget, cost, volume, and efficiency targets/KPIs.
    4. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    5. Identify new markets, services, and products that align with the company's objectives.
    6. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examine risks and potential; and estimate partners' needs and goals.
    7. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    8. Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    9. Enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    10. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities.
    11. Research and build relationships with new customers.
    12. Plan approaches and pitch new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
    13. Develop and deliver innovative, implementable, and commercially viable customer-centric solutions in support of new business growth opportunities.
    14. Develop the Win Plan to secure the business pursuit by simulating or advising the most competitive selling rates, and participate in financial negotiations to ensure profitability and/or the recovery of all project and operation costs.
    15. Define the pricing scheme of the solution/service.
    16. Prepare pitching presentations and present to the customer.
    17. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to reach a positive conclusion.
    18. Run commercial and trend analyses, scenario modelling, and opportunity assessments leading to commercial insights, recommendations, or surveys.
    19. Create agreement documents with customers.
    20. Other tasks as assigned.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - 3–5 years of sales experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain services.
    - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in logistics, warehousing, or related industries.
    - Experience in developing new business opportunities and managing B2B client accounts, particularly within warehousing, transportation, or supply chain sectors.
    - Demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial agreements and closing sales deals with corporate clients.
    - Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities, with a valid driver’s license.
