  1. Operate and maintain CNC Machining centers (capable of setting up and producing products according to Model C and various new models).
  2. Proficient in using BROTHER CNC machines with rotary tables.
  5-axis or 4-axis machines work very well.
  3. Practice: Set up the jig and tools on the machine, enter the program, configure the cutting settings, and operate the machine.
  4. Implement, manage, and lead teams of technicians and production operators to perform their duties effectively, in accordance with company goals and regulations.
  5. Operate, supervise, and maintain machinery, and prepare maintenance plans to ensure machinery is always ready for use.
  6. Minimize losses.
  7. Keep the production area clean and organized at all times.
  8. Follow up with operators and technicians regarding proper work procedures.
  9. Initiate measures to prevent product non-conformity.
  10. Prepare and track daily production results and production downtime reports.
  11. Develop training plans and provide work instruction and guidance to employees.
  12. Oversee and develop workplace safety plans.
  13. Perform other assigned special tasks.
