仕事内容
>> Sales Support & Coordination
• Prepare, update, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals for air, sea, and cross-border shipments.
• Support the Sales team in gathering shipment information, rates, and service details from relevant departments (Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer inquiries and smooth handover of new accounts to operations.
• Maintain and update customer profiles, rate sheets, and sales activity reports in CRM or designated systems.
• Track and monitor sales performance reports and customer activities.
>> Customer Service & Relationship Management
• Support customers by providing shipment updates, handling documentation, and coordinating issue resolutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with finance and operations for billing, payment, and service-related matters when required.
>> Administration & Reporting
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, quotation success rate, and customer feedback.
• Maintain filing systems for quotations, contracts, and correspondence.
• Support marketing or promotional activities as assigned

応募条件
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar customer support role.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures (Air/Sea Freight, Customs Brokerage, Cross-Border).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).英語
