Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for not only developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, designing solutions that meet business requirements, and integrating Salesforce with other systems, but also providing suggestions by collaborating with our Sales team members and Salesforce Consultant members to support our customers’ digital transformation.
After system implementations, you will also be responsible for analyzing and improving the implemented system with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Component(LWC) and other technologies
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems, including ERP and marketing automation systems by using Mulesoft or other ETL/ESB solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features
- Assist in training junior or inexperienced Salesforce Developers

- 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
○ Experience presenting NoCode and ProCode Pros/Cons and discussing with clients on best implementation methods
○ Using Salesforce testing framework.
○ Salesforce Deployment using CI/CD.
○ Deep understanding of the access control of Salesforce Platform.
- Good command of English

- Experience in creating design documents(ERD, DFD, Sequence diagram e.t.c.) to finalize the scope of the project and the solution
- Having a consistently positive attitude towards taking on new challenges
- Interest in solving customer business challenges as well as code development
- Salesforce Certifications
- Experience in designing and implementing event-driven architecture using Platform Events or other messaging tools.
- Proficiency in developing and managing integrations with external REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience in developing web applications, including both front-end and back-end development.
- Experience in developing web systems on IaaS(AWS,GoogleCloud,Azure e.t.c.)
