  -Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns, develop sales tools, and train sales teams
  -Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of relevant product offerings
  -Develop marketing strategies, business plans and implement marketing activities to ensure driving superior result
  -Adept at customer engagement through KOL activities, clinical workshops, and co-marketing initiatives
  -Monitor sales, inventory, and demand to plan product reorders.
  -Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for import planning.
  -Responsible for new product launches and phase-out of discontinued products.
