仕事内容
1. Overall management of human resources functions, including:
- Recruitment and selection
- Payroll and salary administration
- HR policies and procedures
- Performance management (BSC & KPIs)
- Compensation and benefits
- Orientation, training, and development
2. Employee relations and related HR administrative tasks
3. Supervise and oversee workforce planning, development, and improvement of HR processes to support business plans, organizational changes, workforce allocation, and organizational restructuring.
4. Develop, direct, and implement HR policies, strategies, and action plans aligned with the company’s business objectives, including monitoring and controlling HR operations to ensure effective execution.
5. Possess knowledge and experience in managing documentation for foreign workers from Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos.

応募条件
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, covering both HRM and HRD functions (experience in team leadership or supervisory roles will be an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with good interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Good knowledge and understanding of labor law, social security law, revenue/tax law, and labor protection and welfare regulations.
- Able to drive a car and possess a valid driving license.英語
