  Job Summary:
  The Production Engineer will be responsible for supporting routine and standardized production operations. This position focuses on hands-on, day-to-day production tasks and process support. A chemical background is not required, making this role suitable for candidates with general engineering or manufacturing experience who are willing to learn on the job.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Support daily production operations by following established work procedures and instructions.
  - Operate production equipment and assist in basic process control under supervision.
  - Perform routine checks on production processes and equipment conditions.
  - Record production data and report abnormalities to supervisors or senior engineers.
  - Support simple process improvements and 5S activities on the production floor.
  - Assist with material handling, preparation, and basic production-related tasks.
  - Follow safety rules, work standards, and company policies at all times.
  - Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth and stable production operations.
