  - Manage shipment and delivery after order confirmation, including quantity, specifications, and delivery schedules.
  - Coordinate with inventory, production, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and handle rescheduling when delays occur.
  - Arrange logistics and transportation, including coordination with carriers and freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments.
  - Prepare and manage delivery and shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, and update ERP systems.
  - Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding delivery status, schedules, and order progress.
  - Handle delivery-related issues such as delays, quantity discrepancies, or damages, and coordinate corrective actions.
