    - Provide accurate and timely project financial reporting, including cash flow, risks, savings, forecasts, and FX exposure.
    - Manage all financial aspects of projects, acting as the project’s finance lead/CFO.
    - Optimize cash flow by monitoring billing milestones, forecasts, bonds, and guarantees in coordination with Treasury.
    - Ensure compliance with financial procedures, project reviews, and controlling standards; provide early warnings on margin risks.
    - Analyze financial performance and propose actions to mitigate risks and improve project profitability.
    - Support contract management and variation order negotiations through financial analysis and costing.
    - Implement and enhance global project controlling standards, ensuring transparency and strong collaboration with operations teams.

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
    - Minimum Minimum of 5+ years of progressive project controlling experience in the EPC market.

    Skills:
    - Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that support project performance.
    - Background in managing financial risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    - Hands-on experience with daily finance activities, such as cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    - Strong understanding of accounting standards in Thailand
    - Basic knowledge of Thailand Tax Principles
    - Knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Thai, with the ability to effectively convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
    - Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, along with a strong understanding of data management and financial reporting tools.
    - Demonstrated willingness to engage directly in finance-related tasks and collaborate with the finance team as needed.
