  • Supervise and control the inventory of packaging materials used in the production process.
  • Manage and optimize storage space for packaging materials to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Manage and allocate manpower within the department to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Take a leadership role in problem-solving, as well as continuously developing and improving work practices and operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide opinions and propose improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental and functional operations.
  • Develop and train personnel within the department to perform their duties with the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and control subordinates’ performance to ensure efficient operations and achievement of assigned targets.
  • Ensure that subordinates’ work complies with established quality management systems and the company’s food safety standards.
  • Foster a strong sense of responsibility and engagement as part of the organization, with emphasis on workplace safety and high-quality teamwork.
  • Provide constructive suggestions and feedback to support efficient and effective operations.
  • Coordinate and participate in production planning with the planning staff and implement the assigned production plans.
  • Control the production process from raw material receiving and weighing through to packaging, ensuring completion within the specified timeline.
  • Control and monitor the issuance and usage of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure appropriate utilization.
  • Allocate manpower appropriately to support each stage of the production process.
  • Check the readiness of equipment, raw materials, and machinery to ensure they are available and operational.
  • Prepare work manuals or standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machinery operation and product manufacturing for each specified product.
  • Prepare and report production performance summaries, issues encountered, and corrective actions to supervisors.
  • Conduct meetings to summarize issues arising during the production process and report them to supervisors.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality management and control systems.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments.
  • Monitor and evaluate subordinates’ performance to ensure all employees clearly understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Promote a positive mindset regarding organizational participation, workplace safety, and effective teamwork.
