  - Plan, manage, and control daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
  - Lead and supervise production teams, including manpower planning, shift control, and performance management
  - Ensure production schedules are met while optimizing efficiency and productivity
  - Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects, waste, and downtime
  - Coordinate closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams
  - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturing standards
  - Analyze production data, KPIs, and reports, and implement corrective actions as needed
  - Support new product launches, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
  - Control production costs and support budget planning
  - Handle production-related issues and ad-hoc assignments as directed by management
