  Job Summary:
  The Senior Officer – Supervisor (Removal) is responsible for controlling and coordinating export and removal documentation after cargo is secured by the sales team. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance throughout the export process, including vessel booking, customs documentation, invoicing preparation, and insurance coordination. The position plays an important role in supporting smooth export operations and minimizing documentation and operational risks.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, review, and verify shipping and export documentation
  • Prepare export customs documents and submit them to the ocean cargo branch
  • Update job data lists and control job progress
  • Book vessel space and confirm container size
  • Check POD, final destination, and Bill of Lading (B/L) details
  • Prepare, copy, and maintain complete job files
  • Send Delivery Instructions (D/I) to destination branches
  • Input export data into the GS-NET system
  • Request and coordinate removal charge calculations with the sales team
  • Calculate insurance premium fees and prepare invoicing information
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to request insurance policies and support claim preparation
  • Coordinate daily with internal departments (Sales, Accounting, Ocean Cargo Branch)
  • Communicate with customers, overseas agents, and insurance companies
