  - Install, maintain, and repair computers, servers, and network systems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  - Manage Windows Server systems, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
  - Troubleshoot network, PC, printer, and peripheral issues within the factory.
  - Prepare monthly reports on network systems and other related IT information.
  - Perform backup and restore operations for IT systems and critical databases; monitor and resolve connectivity issues with systems.
  - Comply with cybersecurity and industrial safety standards.
  - Keep up to date with new technologies and software to improve factory systems.
