仕事内容
- Develop and execute direct sales strategies for super anti-corrosion carbon steel pipes, with a strong focus on fire sprinkler and fire protection system projects in Thailand.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including MEP contractors, fire protection contractors, consultants/designers, and project owners, from specification stage through project completion.
- Drive project-based sales activities, including project identification, technical discussion, tender support, pricing coordination, and negotiation to secure orders.
- Educate the market on new-generation piping solutions, clearly communicating product advantages in cost efficiency, durability, corrosion resistance, safety, and environmental performance compared to traditional GI pipes.
- Coordinate closely with overseas headquarters and internal teams on technical support, quotations, supply planning, and project execution, using English as the primary working language.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and contribute to building strong market presence in Thailand.

【Must】
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years, ideally 5+ years, in fire protection systems, preferably fire piping or fire sprinkler systems.
- Strong direct sales experience.
- Good working English is required for communication with our China headquarters.
- Strong understanding of fire protection standards, project processes, and tender procedures in Thailand.
- Ability to work independently, proactively develop new projects, and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.英語
