  【Summary】
  Based on investment requests from clients, search, evaluate and contact target companies in
  order to find suitable targets with respect to strategic fit, financial performance, and growth potential.
  
  【Job Responsibility】
  ・Make cold call team's long list creation, cold calling, bulk email outreach activities
  ・Necessary corresponding with the target companies to obtain necessary information
  (e.g. audited financial statements).
  ・Proactively identify potential M&A and business opportunities through various channels, including market research, industry events, and networking.
  ・Build and maintain relationships with business partners, including investment banks, advisory firms, and other intermediaries.
  ・Work closely with business partners to source potential investors, negotiate terms, and facilitate deal execution.
  ・Creation of deliverables such as Non-name sheet, Information Memorandum, and valuation.
