• 仕事内容

  - Create, update and conduct the schedule of new part, new model shift and localized parts in order to achieve master plan.
  - Conduct tooling development and modification schedule to achieve target of individual person of support new part/ new model until trail sample.
  - Proceed the ISIR inspection requisition, Assembly test, Evaluation parts and Trial production test of sample parts.
  - Conduct meeting and follow up vendors about tooling, schedule of sample, trial part, sample of part for testing.
  - Conduct supplier development and problem solving regards to parts improvement until approval.
  - Specialist in Plastic injection mold, Aluminum die casting and purchasing system.
  - Expert in SPC, MSA, Cp&CpK, Static of Engineering.
  - Good computer skills such as Excel, Power Point, Macros, VBA and AutoCAD.
  - Other assignment as assigned by superiors.
