仕事内容
1. Ensure to implement and monitor the identified strategies by close liaison with overseas agents, management team of Freight and sales team in order to achieve the given target in Sea and Air freight Imports & Exports in assigned segment, thereby assist to achieve the Department/Company budget.
2. Provide timely management information for decision making by maintaining accurate records of the product reports on volumes, revenue and growth through the use of the internal accounting system thereby periodically carrying out the comparison using market statistics in order to monitor our growth and position in the market.
3. Identify potential new trade lanes through detailed analysis of markets and propose necessary recommendations to management so as to achieve over all growth objectives of the product & company.
4. Key account management - Ensure highest level of service is provided to all regular key customers by way of establishing proper SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) which has to be agreed upon with load port agents, regular visits / interactions, adding value to service offering (when possible) and exploring opportunities other than routine business thereby promoting the company & brand name further amongst customers.
5. Monitor and control department expenses in relation to revenue generation on a monthly basis by identifying critical cost factors using internal documents and necessary changes to be carried out in a timely manner in order to optimize productivity.
6. Develop the annual business plan for the assigned products detailing activities to follow during the financial year, which will support the organization in meeting its overall objectives.
7. Conduct performance evaluations as per stipulated time frames to provide subordinates feed back on their performance, identify training and development requirements for the division and maintain a high level of motivation amongst direct reports thereby assisting in achieving
company objectives.
8. Follow up on debtors outstanding with respective customers in close liaison with the debt collector in a timely manner and adhering to company credit policy thereby ensuring the collection of payment before exceeding the approved credit limit/period in order to achieve the company objective of debtors payback to be within 35 days from the date of invoice.
9. Represent Freight at the Business Councils and chambers to establish new contacts.
10. Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

【Must】
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience at an executive level.
3. Additional knowledge in the following areas will be given special consideration:
a. Freight Forwarders Association standard trading conditions.
b. Association of Ship Agents regulations.
c. International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) regulations.
d. International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations.
4. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Own car with driving license.英語
