Direct Sales
- Pre-Sales (New Customer Proposals)
- Collaboration with the sales team for developing sales strategies
- Creation of technical proposal documentation

- Implementation and Onboarding
Post-Sales (Existing Customer Support)
- Execution of training sessions
- Addressing technical inquiries (troubleshooting, usage support, etc.) Partner Sales
-Technical knowledge transfer of our products
- Technical support for their sales team
- Handling technical inquiries
Development
- Custom development for our SaaS using JavaScript and no-code tools Other Tasks
- Frontline response during incidents (e.g., service outages)
- Internal system development and operation
- Internal meetings

応募条件
【Must】
- Business level English and Business level Japanese
- Have 3 years experience as a Sales Engineer or System Engineer
- Have experience as System proposal and experience in a SaaS product company
- Have experience as Project Management
- Familiar with JavaScript
