1. Serve and Consult to Client for details in Working process.
2. Planning and Manage Construction and Supplier chain plan.
3. Control Costing Budget.
4. Co-ordinate with internal team /Client / Supplier / Contractor to Complete mission.
5. Forecast and Analysis problem to find out the best solution for Client.
6. Planning and Manage Construction and Supplier chain plan
7.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
8.Prepare project quotations, cost estimates, and presentations that align with client requirements and company standards.
9. Develop and execute project sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets within the interior design sectors.
10. Manage end-to-end project sales process - from initial contact, proposal presentation, and negotiation to closing and post-sales service.
11. Identify and approach potential clients, such as architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and corporate buyers.
求めている人材
応募条件
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2. +10 years of experience in project sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or construction industries.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to interpret design plans and furniture layouts is an advantage.
5. Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Good command of English both spoken and written.
8. Have your own car and have a driver's license.英語
