仕事内容
- Oversee all HR-related functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, prepare job descriptions, and ensure timely and effective recruitment processes.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and offering—while continuously improving recruitment tools and strategies.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and regular check-ins to ensure smooth integration and engagement.
- Handle employee relations matters, provide HR policy guidance, and support conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review.
- Support the CEO and management team on HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a overall HR function in Manufacturing background
- Strong understanding of HRM HRD functions, management experience will be advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve hiring goals
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations in Thailand英語
