  - Procurement Planning: Plan and manage procurement for road construction projects to align with project schedules and budgets.
  - Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors and suppliers related to road construction.
  - Contract Control: Verify and control procurement contracts for accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery.
  - Internal Coordination: Coordinate with Engineering and related departments to track project progress.
  - Budget & Team Management: Control procurement budgets and manage the team for maximum efficiency.
