- Manage and define strategies, recruitment, labor laws, training, welfare, evaluation, and development of organizational culture to meet the company's goals.
- Setting and developing the current and new projects for the company.
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
- Ensure HR operations run effectively to support business objectives in the short term and long term.
- Implement training and development programs.
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and HR strategy to align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations for HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and oversee the performance management systems, including evaluations, talent programs, and feedback processes.
- Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment, run the new project to support the happy workplace for the employees.
求めている人材
応募条件
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
- At least 15 years in HR, GA, HROD in manufacturing and at least 4-5 years of experience in a management role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll, Labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in Japanese company will be advantage.
- Experience in managing end-to-end transformation projects, including project scoping, execution, and post-implementation monitoring.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).英語
