- Identify, validate, and establish contact with potential customers and projects
- Actively manage, develop, and expand existing customer to transparently plan and forecast revenue
- Define customer- or project-specific value propositions and include all relevant departments in the process
- Establish profitable, sustainable, and diversified revenue streams
- Prepare and deliver convincing presentations that highlight the benefits of company & present proposals and contracts
- Advise on and consequently sell the right solution or product to customers
- Cooperate closely and communicate effectively with other departments
- Conduct regular customer and jobsite visits and relay feedback to relevant departments

- Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related fields.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in Sales, prefer from Construction business
- Proficiency in MS Office (Wore, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong interpersonal skills and technical proficiency
- Strong negotiation skills and ambition to create value
- Good English communications skills, ability to articulate complex issues clearly and comprehendible英語
