  - Responsible for all administrative and quality related matters within the factory.
  - Internal quality-related activities within the factory
  - Oversees the operation and continuous improvement of the internal quality management system as well as external quality-related activities such as suppliers, customers, and third-party inspection companies.
  - Responsible for the management and operation of all aspects of quality activities.
  - Suppliers, customers, and external auditing agencies
  - Management of internal and external quality related relationships
  - Oversees the management of all internal quality management systems and quality performance improvement initiatives
  - Other tasks assigned by the superior
