  Project Management:
  - Lead to plan and implement new system or improve the existing system as business requirement (Global system expansion/Regional System enhancement).
  - Gather requirement from user, make plan (job & resource).
  - System design, conduct testing, quality assurance, change over and initial stage control align IT working process.
  - Corporate with user for user testing.
  - Plan and manage vendor for programming.
  - Progress Report to Supervisor or Head of Section
  
  Daily operation support:
  - Support user for Q&A (By functional assignment)
  - Support Night Batch (By rotation)
