    • Manpower Supply both of Direct/ Indirect manpower
    • Learning & Organization Development Function
    • Compensation & Payroll
    • Industrial Relatation & Employee Caring
    • Labour Union Negotiation
    • Regulatory & Compliance

    2. HR Report & Management Proposal
    • Manage HR function budgeting & KPI/Target acheivement
    • Control operation to success as customer satisfaction
    • Propose Management for HR/ Related function improvement
    • Implement/Adopt new policy of HQ/Regional to company
    • HR Report as periodically schedule

    3. HR Team Cultivation
    • Manage HR Team performance
    • Educate & Motivate Team Member for employee engagement
    • Support solutation for team work acheivement.
    • Creating good working envrionemtn for team

    4. Corrporate/Company Group Collaboration Activity
    • Seminar/Visit/Meeting Overseas trip
    • Participate company activity
    • Support others function related HR policy

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Male / Female , Age 40-47 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Organization Development or related fields.
    - Experience in HR Management with muti-function control more than 5 Years in manufacturing.
    - Minimum 10 years or more professional experience working in HRM, HROD, HR projects etc.
    - Understanding of organizational issues and challenges, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
    - Good people management skills and logical thinking
    - Good at English communicating with others, both verbally and in writing.
    - Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
    - Can go to work in Chonburi [ Amatanakorn ] and Pathum thani
    - Have experience to workin with large size company (Over 1,500-3,000)
