    (2) Communication with Thai companies like joint venture partners and suppliers
    (3) Assistance for consideration and operation of real estate project by head office

    *** Investment Research ***
    - Researching on real estate business opportunities
    - Conduct an initial feasibility study for potential real estate development project and presenting the findings from the study to supervisors
    - Confirming development strategy of potential project and its management structure.
    - Researching feasible finance plans for potential project
    - Managing other researcher staffs and fulfill the scope of the above as a team
