  - Responsible for overseas purchasing and importing raw material(wood pulp)
  - Understand supplier’s capabilities and manage your product categories to consolidation purchase volumes, improve product quality, provide more efficient service and reduce costs to achieve company objectives.
  - Implement supplier relationship management and enhance supplier performance.
  - Provide directions for managing exceptional situations, such as stocks management, operation issue etc.
  - Ensure the appropriate stock cover to meet company objectives; minimize stock shortages and write-off.
