    - Responsible for specifications, planning, scheduling, technical execution, budget and quantity control, material requisitions, manpower planning and progress reporting
    - Check drawing & documents of other discipline vendor packages which related to Civil/Structural drawings
    - Lead and control structural/civil design team to comply with project requirement and meet the quality standards.
    - Follow-up and verify the team's performance in the civil/structural engineering
    - Ensure projects run smoothly and structures/civil are completed within Time, Cost, Quality and HSE
    - Other task
