  -Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
  -Set-up work procedures with logistic, customer service, warehouse to ensure operational efficiency
  • Analyzing customers behavior to drive innovation and customers’ experience improvement in order to ensure customers acquisition and conversion.
  • Ensuring e-merchandising is correct in terms of product assortment, stock levels and sell-through as well as rebalancing and removing of slow sellers and obsolete product.
