  - Plan and manage marketing campaign according to company strategy
  - Advertisement cost planning, online and offline.
  - Leading on creative process, brainstorm idea for campaign.
  - Develop strong brand identity, communication strategy to attract and expands target users
  - Monitoring performance and optimize spending, goals and conversion rate on ad and campaign
  
  [Research]
  Works with outsource to contribute the following research tasks
  - Research Competitors, understand their plan and strategy to adapt within the company
  - Research on Thai Market trends, understand what’s the current and upcoming trends within Thailand to be able to offer new product and service to suit within our customers needs and attract new customers
  - Research on Global trends, understand the global trends can gain is the advantages on helping us to become trends setter with in Thai market.
  - Manage 2 marketing staff
