  - Responsible for the debtor of the company and its affiliates.
  - Follow up debt collection.
  - Forecast cash in - flow from collection.
  - Record accounting entries and issue receipt in accounting system.
  - Filing customers receipt after allocate payment.
  - Create/update/revise customer master data in excel file and accounting system.
  - Filing customer and credit insurance document.
  - Follow up original withholding tax certifications to ensure that all certifications are received within mid of the following month and filing by receipt number.
  - Checking new credit application and prepare necessary document to support decision
  - Issue and revise credit confirmation letter.
  - Follow up Sale/CS team for credit sign-off confirmation letter.
  - Keep filing and scanning approved credit application.
  - To take up additional assignment as required to meet with the company’s need as assigned.
