    • Handle on system support for the engineering applications including software and hardware.
    • Provide customer support for new installation of software/hardware and troubleshooting.
    • Create and maintain the document for customer support and project management.
    • Provide technical support to sales staff or pilot project.
    • Develop VBA Macro and script as customer request.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    [MUST]
    • Male or Female, not over 35 years
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer or related fields.
    • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in System Support, IS Support, IT Project Management
    • Experience in software provider would be advantage.
    • Experience in develop programming such as VBA, Java, Java Script, would be advantage.

    Skill
    • Knowledge of IT Technology: hardware/software, OS, server, storage, network, database and virtual machine.
    • Programming such as VBA, Java, Java Script.
    • Good command and communication in English. (TOEIC 500 up Scores would be advantage)
