    - Implement plans and goals for fiscal year in each distribution channel.
    - Set sales goals for each distribution channel, promotional items to support the sales team.
    - Prepare sales information, market conditions and competitors to present a sales strategy plan.
    - Understand the retail market and the modern and traditional retail channels.
    - Can work well with our sales team. Along with supporting the sales department to be able to achieve corporate goals.
    - Can work together with partners with an understanding of the product distribution characteristics to be able to achieve a common goal.
    - Present, evaluate and verify marketing activities to develop future plans.

    [Must]
    - Male or female, age not over 35 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing.
    - Experience of traditional merchant channels, FMCG business, not less than 2 years.
    - Computer skills, good at Ms.office program, Pivot Table and Vlookup.

    - Presentation, negotiation and data analysis skills.
    - Be creative, team work.
    - Able to solve immediately, including planning.
    - Good personality, fluency and good interpersonal relationships.
