  • conclude shipment details for operation, update shipment status with customer, operation team and oversea agents
  • coordinate parties to ensure the smooth shipment
  • check and confirm invoice, cost and selling rate weekly.
  • update rate from shipping line and airline agent monthly
  • make sales report monthly
  • other ad-hoc job as per request
