仕事内容
Key person on our Food & Beverage Brand development team.
Strategic growth planning of new F&B brands including but not limited to store operations, event planning, business analysis, and new products & menu development
Coordinating of brand’s activities to obtain optimum efficiency of operations with minimum costs in order to maximize profits and ensure high quality standards for sales, rotation and loss
New markets opening and existing markets development, as well as liaising with franchisors, Country
Managers and different corporate departments for new outlets validation and designs
Analyzing of prices, competition and market segment at which the store product is aimed, in order to ensure providing brand related reports and data on regular basis
Planning and organizing of events, promotions planning, sales and special marketing activities with the Marketing Manager and Operations Managers, as well as liaising with the Marketing department and the suppliers to properly execute marketing strategies
Assist in recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating team of staff to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company
Coordinating with EVPS and General Managers to set the budget of the season

応募条件
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality management preferred
Young smart people with experience in F&B brands.
More than 3 years of experience in F&B operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Marketing and promotions planning experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English英語
Level 4 - Conversational Level
