  -Assist PM and PD in the Cial Strategy with consultant/client
  -Take of and estimating
  -Arrange preparation of certification
  -Arrange preparation of variation orders
  -Negotiation with consultant and designer for monthly certification and client final account
  -Assist Project Manager in the strategy with consultant and client
  -Verify quality of work from subcontractors
  -Recommend sub contractor payment certificate
  -Verify and advise tender and construction document
  -Coordinate with EIC and Cost Control
  -Train, develop and supervise QS team
  -Perform other related duties as assigned
