    - Represent as Head of Legal Department on any legal issues and review compliance regulations
    - Provide legal advice to company and management executives
    - Responsible for company's case such as civil case, criminal case, labor case, etc.
    - Contact related government section about financial laws
    - Coordinate with Bank of Thailand (BOT) and Anti–Money Laundering Office (AMLO)
    - Other related tasks (legal issues) as necessary
