    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 23-30
    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related filed
    - Skills in JAVA, JSP, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Oracle DB, WAS
    - Conceptual knowledge of object-oriented
    - Good communication skills in both Thai and English will be an advantage
    - Good knowledge of CMM or CMMI is a PLUS
    - Initiative, self-supervised, self-motivated and highly responsible
