  - Control the blending and filling process to manufacture grease products
  - Control subordinate officers to manufacture grease products
  - Coordinate with DCS in production activities
  - Control and maintain the production record
  - Confirm the blending and filling orders with Supervisor and Assistant Manager
  - Inform abnormal situations occurred during plant process to Supervisor and Assistant Manager
  - Strictly comply with company's rules and policies
  - Examine daily production results and reports
  - Provide training to operators
  - Prepare production reports and daily reports of blending process
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor, Assistant or Senior Manager
