  - Source, compare and negotiate for the best raw materials (food) in term of quality including chicken, cow skin, tuna, potato, ingredients, seasoning, price, credit terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned
  - Issue P.O. to the suppliers, handle invoices and control the stock & inventory of raw material in accordance with company policies and procedures
  - Monitor and coordinate in deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of all items
  - Coordinate with other departments.
  - Provide reports and evaluate the performance of supplier
  - Supervise, motivate and evaluate staff engaged in procurement activities
