  - Guide the organization with the proper application of the Quality Management System
  - Liaise with external parties regarding Quality System matters and during audits
  - Ensure all audit checks are properly carried out to monitor and measure the status of the QMS
  - Report directly to QA/QC Manager or Managing Director or President
  - Coordinate with customers
